TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of parkerleadership.org, the28standards.com, and related pages, content, forms, and services that link to these Terms, collectively referred to as the “Site.” The Site is operated by Parker Leadership Group, LLC, referred to as “Parker Leadership Group,” “PLG,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

By accessing or using the Site, a visitor agrees to these Terms of Use. A visitor who does not agree should discontinue use of the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Parker Leadership Group, The 28 Standards, leadership development experiences, books and materials, athletic leadership, school leadership, NIL and Athlete Development, speaking engagements, consulting, professional learning, and related services.

Site content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Site content does not create a professional-services relationship, contractual relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or client relationship unless PLG and the applicable organization sign a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility and Appropriate Use

The Site is intended primarily for adults and authorized representatives of schools, districts, colleges, athletic departments, teams, businesses, nonprofit organizations, conferences, families, and community organizations.

A person under 18 should use the Site with the involvement of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized organizational representative. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

3. Booking Requests Are Not Confirmations

Submitting a booking, contact, NIL, bulk-order, or materials form begins a conversation only.

A submission does not:

Confirm availability

Reserve a date

Establish pricing

Create a contract

Guarantee travel or participation

Confirm materials or quantities

Create an obligation for PLG to provide services

Services are confirmed only through a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties and, when applicable, receipt of required deposits or payments.

4. Educational and NIL Content

PLG provides leadership development, educational programming, athlete readiness support, and organizational-development content.

NIL and Athlete Development content is educational in nature. PLG does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, institutional-compliance, contract-negotiation, or financial-advisory services through the Site.

Athletes, families, schools, colleges, programs, brands, and organizations should consult qualified professionals and applicable institutional, conference, association, state, and federal requirements before making NIL, legal, tax, financial, contractual, or compliance decisions.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Leadership, culture, organizational, educational, athletic, financial, or NIL outcomes depend on many factors outside PLG’s control. Examples, stories, testimonials, frameworks, and descriptions do not guarantee a specific result.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Parker Leadership Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected content may include:

Written content, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, layouts, presentations, workbooks, seminar materials, and downloadable resources

No ownership rights are transferred by access to the Site.

7. Limited Permission to Use the Site

PLG grants visitors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access and use the Site for lawful personal, educational, or internal organizational evaluation purposes.

Without prior written permission from PLG, visitors may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content

8. Visitor Submissions

Information submitted through the Site must be accurate to the best of the submitting party’s knowledge and must not violate the rights of others.

A visitor should not submit confidential information belonging to another person or organization without authorization. A visitor should not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive data through general Site forms.

By submitting information, the submitting party authorizes PLG to use that information for the purpose of responding to the request, evaluating services, communicating, preparing materials or proposals, maintaining records, and conducting related business operations in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Visitors may not use the Site to:

Violate any law or regulation

PLG may restrict or terminate access when misuse is suspected.

11. Product Purchases

When products are purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, taxes, and customer service are governed by the third party’s applicable terms and policies.

If PLG later offers direct purchases through the Site, additional sales, shipping, refund, or return terms may apply and will be presented before purchase.

12. Site Availability and Accuracy

PLG works to maintain accurate and useful information, but Site content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. PLG may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Site without prior notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PLG disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

PLG does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply in every location.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLG and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLG’s total liability for a claim arising solely from use of the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount paid directly to PLG for the specific Site-based service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event or one hundred United States dollars.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, a visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PLG and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute concerning the Site that is not governed by a separate signed agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law requires another forum.

17. Changes to These Terms

PLG may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, services, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

18. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as permitted to its intended purpose.

19. No Waiver

A failure by PLG to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
